Dear Meshelle,

Yes, another year has come and gone and it just feels like yesterday I was getting ready for this years competition. The 2006 CortiSlim Ms. Fitness USA has been a special year for me. I was able to survive a serious injury and still make it in time to compete. I thank all of my wonderful supportive friends for pushing me and believing in me this year when I thought I couldn't do it. A special thanks to Karen Elliot, Dena Weiner and Cara Kokenes for their inspirational letters of encouragement and support. You guys are top notch competitors inside and and out!!! Hats Off!! to Meshelle and Wally for all of their hard work and dedication to make this event truly wonderful for all of us. ( I know there is a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes that we never see to make everything run so smoothly.) I have to say that we as women are truly appreciated and treated so well in The Ms Fitness Organization - more than any I've ever been involved with. This has been the most wonderful year yet despite my injury because I really found out first hand what an awesome, supporitve, inspirational, talented bunch of women are involved in the Ms. Fitness organization.

P.S Thanks to Ms Fitness and all of the sponsors for the wonderful Goody Bags!!! I love all the products we received.

Thank you for, once again, an amazing year. As a second year at USA I could not have enjoyed more what this organization brings to my life. After my first year at USA I spent the next year learning about training and living a healthy lifestyle. Competing with Ms. Fitness has kept me motivated and devoted to that. The friendships and support have added so much to my life. The clear jump in my results shows that it has paid off. It has also motivated me more than ever to keep going and improving in all areas. I have yet to unpack and you already have the scores emailed out to us all.  YOU ARE AMAZING.  I love the MS FITNESS ORGANIZATION........YOU RUN A CLASS ACT SHOW.  I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate how organized you are and how you make us feel so appreciated.  :-)  The goodie bags were outrageous.  I feel so spoiled.  Thank you.  I know that takes a ton of time to get all the sponsors and goodies and then get them all put together.  The shoes and swimsuits looked really great this year.  Thanks again for another memorable, fun year.

I wanted to thank you for putting together a wonderful show.  I really had a great time.  This was the best show I have competed in in yet.  The organization was great.  Everything ran smoothly and calmly backstage and having Claire back there to help the girls was amazing.

It was another exciting and eventful year in Vegas!!! There's two reasons why I've come back for 6 years time and time again. One is because of the incredible staff that is continuously supportive, organized and professional. This show wouldn't be possible without all the magicians backstage and behind the scenes. Thank you Boyko's, Michelle Thomson, and Claire for creating a yearly event that so many woman across the globe treasure and cherish!

The second thing that brings me back year after year, is the awesome talent and spirit of the girls! No matter what path we took prior to our competition, we all end up back in Vegas for another opportunity to celebrate our love for this sport. Thank you to all the competitors who make this competition more than a show. You make it history!

I have taken a few days to wind down and evaluate my true feelings about my 1st experience competing in the Ms.Fitness USA Competition and I have to say that I felt honored to compete with such an elite group of professionals. I learned that although we all came to the Ms Fitness competition at different fitness levels we all share in the common goal of challenging ourselves to a high level of fitness.  I realized that listening and observing each day while competing would be the best strategy if I decide to return for a second challenge and strive to achieve higher scores.  I feel great to have had the experience and I thank you for all your hard work and efforts in organizing this event.

I wanted to thank you for such a great opportunity in Las Vegas. Since this was my first year I was a little apprehensive not knowing what to expect. I am so proud to be a part of your fabulous organization. The competition was run extra meticulously this year. As a competitor for the past 4 years Ms. Fitness has been a blessing in disguise.  Maintaining a healthy lifestyle was never a problem for me.  I love to work out and teach. So what was the blessing?  Perserverance!  It has taught me to hold on because dreams do come true.  Setting goals not only made me into a top competitor but made me into a full living product of a fitness Lifestyle. Meshelle, how can you keep this up? Next time we are going to be expecting pedicures!! hehehe 
BTW- The Masseur was excellent, he is a must have for all the girls loved it! We need him  again. I thank you for ALL that you have become for me. 

P.S.  Special Thanks out to Angie English, Shaquisha (you know who you are), Kelly (for panning out ) and all the MF girls.  We stick together.
